The Power Breakfast (Buffet) - Includes fruit juice, fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, sausage patties, skillet potatoes, sliced fresh fruit, and a basket of breakfast pastries with butter and preserves, and served with freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and tea.

Steak and Eggs - Grilled sirloin steak served with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, parmesan cheese and sliced fresh fruit. Includes fruit juice, home style potatoes, assorted breakfast breads with butter and preserves, and freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and assorted hot teas.
Le' Breakfast - French toast dusted with powdered sugar and topped with whipped butter, served with maple syrup, crisp bacon, sausage and sliced fresh fruit.

Mexican Buffet - An assortment of baby mixed greens with a spicy ranch dressing, Mexican seafood salad, Spanish rice, beans, flour tortillas, sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole, and chips with salsa. Chinese Buffet - An assortment of mixed greens in a soy vinaigrette dressing, oriental seafood salad, stir fried vegetables, and fried or steamed rice.
