Branding Iron Saloon Join us in the Branding Iron Saloon at the Summit Steak House Restaurant for complimentary happy hour buffet or have late bite to eat and drink in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. The Summit Saloon features a lively atmosphere, a full bar, two pool tables and a jukebox with great music. Every Friday evening, the Saloon features a karaoke bar, a D. J., or live music until midnight . The Summit Saloon offers domestic and imported beers, frozen margaritas and happy hour. The saloon is open all week from 4pm- 10pm and Fridays until midnight. Saturdays live DJ/Dancing.
